Two main purchase types form the basis of our shipping policy.
- Products that are in stock under the "Shop" category "Order to customize" products, such as personalized team apparel, club clothing, sports team apparel, etc.
Products that are in stock are typically sent in 3 working days (weekdays excluded), with a maximum delivery time of 14 days after dispatch. (Vacations not included.)
Custom buy orders are mutually or bilaterally agreed upon before to the start of manufacturing, and orders for customized products are shipped in accordance with that agreement. Turnaround times for bespoke orders might differ according to a variety of circumstances, including quantity, intricate craftsmanship, time-consuming product customization or manufacture, the type of courier or freight service the customer chooses, etc. However, the majority of customized orders are created and shipped from our facilities in China, Pakistan, India, and Vietnam via DHL, FedEx, Air Cargo, and Skynet in addition to regular production.
